• Phone number, for account verification and login
• Display name and profile information you choose to provide
• Receipt and purchase data you submit to earn rewards
• Reviews and ratings you post in the Directory
• Helpful-link feedback: the result you mark helpful, its timestamp, and a random browser identifier stored in an HTTP-only cookie to avoid duplicate votes.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your phone number, Fresh Grid will send you a one-time passcode by SMS to verify your identity when you sign up or log in.

Message frequency: messages are sent only when you request a verification code — typically once per login or signup, not on a recurring schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a verification message to opt out of future messages, or HELP for support.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used solely for Fresh Grid account verification.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate your account, process rewards, show you relevant local businesses, and improve the platform. Purchase data may be aggregated and anonymized for research or reporting purposes (for example, understanding food-access trends in Philadelphia) — this anonymized, product-level data never includes your name, phone number, or other information that could identify you personally.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers (such as Supabase for account/data storage and Twilio for SMS delivery) only as needed to operate the platform, under their own privacy and security commitments.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any verification text to opt out of SMS
• Contact us to request access to or deletion of your data
• Update your profile information at any time while logged in
